Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy (Conditional)

Product Description & Quality Assurance

At Koshiki, we take pride in offering well-detailed and accurate product listings. Every item is carefully inspected through multiple quality checks before it leaves our studio to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange is not applicable on bags, home decor, and jewellery, unless the product received is defective.
  • Minor colour variations or fabric texture differences will not be considered valid reasons for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Email us at koshikiaisha@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 95490 49994 / +91 92693 08502 within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Alternatively, you may submit a request directly via our website www.koshiki.in

Processing & Fees:

  • A processing fee of ₹400 per product applies. Kindly share the payment confirmation via email.
  • One-time exchange per order is allowed. If your requested size/type/design is unavailable, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the product value, valid for 90 days.

Return Methods:

  1. Reverse Pickup: We can arrange a pickup once the processing fee is received.
  2. Self-shipping (Optional): If you prefer to courier the item yourself, our team will share the return address. After dispatch, please share the AWB number, courier company name, and proof of dispatch. We recommend using reliable services, as we won’t be liable for any transit loss.

Dispatch of New Item:

Once the returned product passes our internal quality check, the exchange will be shipped within 10 or more working days depending upon design & construction.

Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at koshikiaisha@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 95490 49994 / +91 92693 08502.
  • For prepaid orders, we offer either a credit note or product replacement of equivalent value.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours of prepaid orders will incur a 2–4% deduction (payment gateway charges).

Koshiki-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Material unavailability
  • Pricing/listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method, and customers will be informed via email.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer returns or monetary refunds once an order is delivered.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Credit notes issued are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used against any future purchase.
