At Koshiki, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience—from the moment you place your order to the day it reaches your doorstep. Our shipping and delivery policies are designed to ensure clarity and convenience.
Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping (Within India):
- We offer free shipping on all orders across India, provided prepaid to our loyal customers
- Orders are shipped through our trusted partners such as Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DHL, Indian Post, DTDC and others for timely and secure delivery.
International Shipping:
- Shipping charges apply and are calculated per gram at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
- We ship to all leading global destinations using reputed couriers like DHL, Aramex, and others.
Taxes, Duties & Import Regulations
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges based on the destination country’s regulations.
- These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
- Please check your country’s import policies before placing an international order.
- We do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds for international orders once shipped.
- If customs fees are not paid or the shipment is refused, Koshiki will not be held responsible for returns or exchanges.
Dispatch Timelines
Each Koshiki outfit is specially handcrafted, requiring time and attention to detail. Please allow:
- 15–20 to 30-45 working days (depending upon design, construction & availability) for dispatch (domestic and international).
- Additional 10–15 days during peak season, festivals, or due to unforeseen events or force majeure’s (e.g., strikes, curfews).
- In case of any delay, we will notify you via Email or call/ WhatsApp.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once you place your order:
- It enters our production and quality check cycle.
- After approval, it is securely packed and handed to our courier partners.
- You’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number, which can be used to monitor the status of your delivery on the respective courier’s website.
Order Receipt Guidelines
To help us address any rare issues promptly:
- Please record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Record and share photos/videos and your order number with us at koshikiaisha@gmail.com immediately.
- These steps help us raise a claim with our shipping partners and resolve the matter for you efficiently.
Payment Options
We offer multiple secure payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Net Banking from leading Indian banks
- UPI and popular eWallets
- Trusted Gateways: Razorpay (India) and PayPal (International)
Prepaid & COD Orders
- Orders (both COD & prepaid) can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- To cancel, please email us at info@koshiki.in or call +91 98298 90088 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- COD is available only for domestic orders up to ₹5,000.
International Orders
- All international orders must be prepaid.
- We accept payments through major international credit cards and secure gateways like PayPal and PayU.
Credit Notes
- If you receive a credit note, it will be sent to your registered email ID.
- Credit notes are valid for 90 days and can be used only once on purchases made through our official website.
Important Note on Sale Items
- Products marked as ‘Sale’ are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
